Ha ha ha
Dance
Dancer and choreographer Eugénie Rebetez has written her first piece for young audiences as a one-letter alphabet primer. Ha ha ha is a great burst of contagious laughter that punctuates the scenes of a burlesque, serious, poetic and immensely graceful show.
What can laughter do in the night? In front of the sea? When you’re alone? On a stage plunged into darkness, performer Tarek Halaby opens a large luminous album from which the laughter and images that will make him dance flow. From under his jumper, he pulls out hot water bottles, buoys and blankets that his large, agile, hairy body animates to declare his love, anger, doubts and victories. He juggles with words and transports the audience into a dialogue between reality and imagination, where the laughter of all our childhoods is suspended. Ha ha ha is a fit of laughter at the funeral of our sorrows.
A snack will be offered after the performance.
